Canada’s First Training Program for Caregivers

Because no one should have to figure it out alone.

Supporting families through care transitions with clear, compassionate training designed to build confidence, one skill at a time.

RK Health is Canada’s first organization dedicated to supporting family members who step into the role of caregiver, by teaching them the skills they need to care with confidence through life’s toughest transitions.

Whether it’s hospital to home, home to long-term care, or retirement living, we help families navigate each step with practical, compassionate guidance.

We’re not just sharing information- we’re teaching the how.
How to move safely. How to preserve dignity. How to respond to changing behaviors with calm and care.

What started as one caregiver’s story is now a growing movement- partnering with hospitals, clinics, and senior living communities to make caregiving safer, easier, and more human for everyone involved.

RK Health partnered with Four Elms to support families of new and current residents with practical training as they navigate the transition into retirement living.

RK Health partners with Brampton Civic to provide 12-week on-site training for family caregivers, ensuring smoother transitions from hospital to home and reducing avoidable readmissions.

RK Health receives referrals from Intrepid clinics to deliver 1:1 practical training for families, extending care beyond the clinic and boosting caregiver confidence.
